Yesterday we brought you an exclusive clip from “American Mall,” the upcoming MTV song-and-dance TV movie from the folks behind “High School Musical”, and wouldn’t ya know it…now we have another one. Watch as a pretty girl in black makes it known loud and clear that she’s a survivor. Also, check out her cool cape. She’s just like Batman!

Seth Rogen certainly has reason to smile today with “Pineapple Express” opening to $12 million in ticket sales in its first day of release. But it’s not the smile of Mr. Rogen we’re obsessed with. It’s that laugh. That infectious, wheezy, ever-so-easily earned laugh. It might even be termed a guffaw. When I sat down with Mr. Rogen (and his co-star James Franco) the other day he didn’t skimp on that famous chuckle. We love it so much around here we decided to create the below tribute.

Jason Bateman would like the “Hancock” filmmakers to know one thing: if/when a sequel gets underway, he’s got a few ideas he’d like to throw their way. At least, that’s what the star told us when he sat down for a live Q&A with MTV News held at Sony Style store in New York City. Chief among his proposals? “I can fly!” he enthused. That’s our question of the day, as Hollywood delivers us the weekend of “W”’s…both “Wanted” and Pixar’s “Wall-E” arrive in theaters today. So which of the two will you be checking out? Both? In one corner, you’ve got the universally-acclaimed flick featuring the cutest-ever-robot-in-the-history-of-Hollywood, and on the other you have Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy teaming with Morgan Freeman to deliver a mile-a-minute smattering of bullet-time craziness. Both are said to be fun, so which is it?

Yup, that’s right. Seth MacFarlane, the creator of “Family Guy” and the voice behind many of its characters (Peter, Brian and Stewie, just to name a few), is expanding into Hollywood and we’ve got the first look at the result. In Guillermo del Toro’s “Hellboy II: The Golden Army,” MacFarlane voices Johann Krauss, a powerful psychic whose soul is forced to reside within a protective suit.
