Federal prosecutors say actor Wesley Snipes should serve the maximum possible penalty for failing to file a tax return. Prosecutors say in court documents filed Monday that Snipes’ case “cries out” for him to serve the maximum, which is up to three years in prison.
The “Blade” star’s lawyer says he has not reviewed the documents and will respond with a pre-sentencing memorandum of his own. Snipes, 45, was convicted in February of failing to file a tax return. He was acquitted of more serious tax fraud and conspiracy charges. He’s set to be sentenced April 24.
These federal prosecutors can go fuck their piss-holes with a rusty nail! Wesley Snipes simply neglected to file his taxes and should receive the minimum penalty. He should be sentenced to baking 4 dozen cup cakes for a seniors center and singing a charity song with Elton John.
Wesley Snipes is innocent and people need to leave well enough alone. We need Wesley Snipes to star in action films and teach us life lessons on the silver screen.
If he goes to jail I am going to send a letter to the White House every week till he is free.
